Customer Support Technician
As Customer Support Technician your main task will be to provide support and incident corrections for our customers, you will also initiate system optimisations and implement our applications on production. Motivated by challenges, you have troubleshooting skills and excellent communication abilities with 1-3 years professional experience in customer support systems. This post requires practical knowledge of Unix/Linux and MYSQL exploitation, and a basic level of spoken and written English.

Software Validation Technician
As Software Validation Technician your main task will be to actively participate in the definition and carrying out of the testing campaigns for our products. Rigorous and doted with excellent communication skills, you have a good level of spoken and written English. This post requires a previous experience in the use of jmeter and/or other test tools and bug tracking tools, an excellent command of office software (Excel, Word) and the ability to use both Windows and Linux.
